CANCELLATIONS

1. All no-shows, cancellations and reschedules with less than 24 hours given notice of the appointment will require all future bookings to be secured with a debit or credit card.

2. Booked services cannot be cancelled upon arrival of appointment.

CONFIRMATIONS

All clients are sent a confirmation SMS within 48-72 hours prior to their appointment. Please note: this is a courtesy reminder and an automated system, therefore cannot receive personal messages or calls. The Salon is not responsible if reminder is not received.

GUARANTEE

If you are not happy with your hair or service, you are asked to contact The Salon owner at (318) 613-2847 to discuss the matter of concern and seek a resolution; we deem contact is to be made within 7 days of the service.  The Salon is then obligated to provide a warranty to rectify the matter.  If you choose not to return to the Salon and/or seek to go elsewhere, the warranty is voided and the salon is relieved of all liability.

If there are any issues with purchased products, please return to The Salon within 7 days whereupon we will provide a refund or replacement at no charge.

PRICING

All prices are from and subject to variation without notice.  Additional charges will apply for extra long/thick hair.  We are unable to give a price for any service over the phone, email or Facebook.  To obtain a price, please contact us to schedule a free 15 minute consultation.

INVESTMENT

We provide professional color results using the finest products available. Therefore, we are unable to guarantee lasting results unless you use the recommended home hair care advised to you at the time of your consultation.

COURTESY

Rude, disrespectful and unruly behavior WILL NOT be tolerated.  All staff reserve the right to be treated in a courteous manner. Failure to do so will result in clients being asked to leave the salon by management immediately.

Out of respect to all clients who value and enjoy a relaxing and pampering time with us, children are not permitted in the Salon without an appointment.

Please keep all mobile phone and other electronic device noise to a minimum at all times.

If you’re sick, please reschedule your appointment and stay home!  We can afford one cancelled appointment, but we most certainly cannot afford for us to get sick and cancel a whole week of appointments.
